Yealink T54W Quick Start
The Yealink T54W is an executive desk phone with an adjustable 4.3-inch color screen, 10 line keys, and built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth — flexible enough for any desk.
Step-by-step
- 1
Connect to power and network
Connect Ethernet for the simplest setup (PoE powers it), or use the power adapter if you plan to use Wi-Fi.

Let it provision
It downloads its settings automatically and may restart — leave it connected.

Connect Wi-Fi or pair Bluetooth (optional)
In Menu → Basic → Wi-Fi, join your network; or pair a Bluetooth headset under Menu → Basic → Bluetooth.

Confirm & make a test call
When the screen shows your extension, dial another extension to confirm clear two-way audio.
Helpful tips
- Built-in Wi-Fi means no cable run is required if your desk lacks a network jack (it still needs power).
- The adjustable stand and Bluetooth headset support make it a comfortable executive phone.
