Overview

Most businesses do not decide to go without IT support. It happens gradually: the person who set everything up moves on, the next problem gets solved by whoever is free, and nobody has looked at the whole picture in two years. It works until the morning it does not, and then nobody knows where anything is.

We take that off your desk. One team that learns your setup and keeps it running, reachable by phone when something breaks and paying attention when nothing is broken. On-site when the problem is physical, remote when it is faster, and always with an explanation you can act on rather than a bill you cannot read.

Problems we solve

Real issues we handle every day. If yours isn't listed, ask anyway. Chances are we've seen it before.

Nobody actually owns your IT

Problems get passed around until somebody has time. We become the answer to who do we call.

Your last IT person is gone

Passwords, licences, and how it was all wired live in somebody's head that left. We map it and write it down.

The same problem keeps coming back

Recurring faults mean the cause was never found, only the symptom. We go after the cause.

The team grew and the setup did not

Network, storage, and accounts built for six people struggling under twenty. We find the real bottleneck.

You are not sure the backups work

A backup nobody has restored from is a hope, not a plan. We test them and tell you what we found.

Security keeps being tomorrow's problem

Not a rebuild, and not a lecture. The handful of changes that remove most of the risk, done quietly.

How it works

1

Talk it through

A conversation about what is breaking, what it costs you, and what you actually need. No audit fee to find out.

2

See what you have

We look at the machines, the network, the accounts, and the backups, and write down what is really there.

3

Fix what is urgent

The things costing you time or putting you at risk come first, with the reasoning in plain English.

4

Keep it running

Updates, monitoring, and a number that reaches somebody who already knows your setup.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to sign a contract?

No. Plenty of clients start with one problem and decide afterwards whether an ongoing arrangement is worth it. A support contract buys you priority and round-the-clock cover, and it should be a decision you make once you have seen how we work, not a condition of getting help.

Are you available 24/7?

Round-the-clock cover is what a support contract buys. Without one, you can still reach us, and we will get to you as quickly as we can, but we would rather say that plainly than have you call at two in the morning expecting something we did not promise.

Do you come to us or work remotely?

Both, and we pick whichever gets you working sooner. A failed drive or a cabling problem needs somebody there. A misconfigured mailbox does not, and driving to you would only make you wait longer. We are on-site across Greater Los Angeles and remote anywhere in the U.S.

We already have someone who helps with IT. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Some of our work sits alongside an in-house person who is stretched, covering the parts they do not have time for. We would rather complement somebody than replace them.

How quickly can you start?

For something urgent, usually the same day. For taking over an existing setup, we normally want a short look at what is there first, which is a matter of days rather than weeks.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many people and machines we are looking after and how much cover you want. Tell us the size of the team and what is breaking, and you will get a number rather than a range.
