3. Estimates, Fees & Payment
- Estimates are provided in good faith and may change if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues arise; we will communicate material changes before proceeding.
- Fees are due as stated in the applicable quote or invoice. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of services.
- Hardware, software licenses, and third-party services are billed at cost unless otherwise agreed.

- Maintain current backups of your data and confirm you have the right to authorize work on the relevant devices and systems; and
- Use any software, credentials, or access we provide lawfully and securely.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gecadi Technology is not liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of data, and we strongly recommend backing up your data before any repair or service.
