Gecadi Technology provides IT support and repair, network and security system installation, server services, remote support, and web & mobile application development. On-site services are available in Los Angeles & Orange County, California, while remote support is available throughout the United States. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project are defined in a separate quote or agreement.

3. Estimates, Fees & Payment

  • Estimates are provided in good faith and may change if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues arise; we will communicate material changes before proceeding.
  • Fees are due as stated in the applicable quote or invoice. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of services.
  • Hardware, software licenses, and third-party services are billed at cost unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely access needed to perform the work;
  • Maintain current backups of your data and confirm you have the right to authorize work on the relevant devices and systems; and
  • Use any software, credentials, or access we provide lawfully and securely.

5. Data & Backups

We take care to protect your data while performing services. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gecadi Technology is not liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of data, and we strongly recommend backing up your data before any repair or service.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages, you agree to the SMS terms described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Gecadi Technology name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. For development projects, ownership of custom-built deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, except for our pre-existing materials, third-party components, and open- source software, which remain subject to their respective licenses.

We perform our services with professional skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
