Install the app
Download the RingCentral or AT&T Office@Hand app on your computer and smartphone from the official source — use the same one your business uses.

Sign in
Log in with the credentials we set up for you. If it's your first time, follow the activation link in your welcome email.

Make and receive calls
Use the dial pad to call, and answer incoming calls from the app — your business number shows as the caller ID, not your personal number.

Send business texts (SMS)
Use the messaging area to text customers from your business number, keeping personal and work separate.

Start a video meeting
Use the meetings option to host or join video calls, share your screen, and invite participants.

Set your status and availability
Set yourself available, busy, or do-not-disturb so calls route correctly when you're unavailable.
