Poly Edge E450 Quick Start
The Poly Edge E450 is a premium desk phone with a sharp color display, a second display for up to 14 line keys, and Poly's noise-reduction audio. Here's how to get it running.
Step-by-step
- 1
Connect to the network
Plug Ethernet from your wall jack into the E450's LAN port. It powers on over PoE; if you don't have PoE, use a Poly power adapter.
- 2
Let it provision
On first boot it downloads its RingCentral / AT&T Office@Hand settings automatically and may restart. Leave it connected.
- 3
Confirm it's ready
When the color display shows your name or extension and the time, it's registered and ready to call.
- 4
Make a test call & explore the keys
Dial an extension to test audio. The second display shows your line and contact keys — press to call.
Helpful tips
- NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence reduce background noise — great for open offices.
- Plug your computer into the phone's PC port to share one network jack.
