Poly CCX 400 Quick Start
The Poly CCX 400 is an all-touchscreen desk phone with a 5-inch color display and Poly's renowned audio — simple, modern, and easy to use.
Step-by-step
- 1
Connect to the network
Plug Ethernet into the CCX 400's LAN port. It powers on over PoE, or use a power adapter if PoE isn't available.
- 2
Let it provision
It downloads its settings automatically on first boot and may restart — leave it connected.
- 3
Confirm it's ready
When the touchscreen shows your extension and the time, it's registered.
- 4
Use the touchscreen
Tap to dial, answer, transfer, and reach voicemail — everything is on the 5-inch touchscreen.
Helpful tips
- The CCX 400 is wired (no built-in Wi-Fi) — connect it to Ethernet; choose the CCX 505 if you need Wi-Fi.
- A USB headset plugs straight into the CCX 400 for hands-free calls.
