Overview
Plenty of small businesses need an invoice a few times a month and do not need accounting software to do it. This is for them. Open the page, fill in your details and your client's, add the lines, and the document takes shape on the right as you type. When it looks right, print it or share it.
Nothing is required to use it. There is no sign-up wall and no trial that runs out. If you want to keep what you made, you sign in with your email address and a six-digit code we send you, and a Save button appears. Saved documents are listed for you to open again, and the names you have typed once fill themselves in next time.
The page reads as Kerythos Invoice, the app it is built alongside. On the printed document, only your business appears.

No account to get started
Until you sign in, the document you are working on lives in your browser tab and nowhere else. Close the tab and it is gone, which is exactly what most people want from a one-off invoice.
A code, not a password
Signing in and signing up are the same act: type your email, type the six-digit code we send, and you are in. There is no password to forget and no reset flow to fight.
Your name on the document, only yours
The printed page carries your business and your client. Nobody else's name is on it. A second company on your paperwork would be the opposite of professional.
Names typed once
Finishing a document remembers both sides of it. Next time, a picker beside the name field fills the whole block back in, and you can drop an entry that was a typo.
Documents outlive the app's updates
Anything you saved or shared keeps opening after the maker changes, because every document is brought up to date on the way in rather than left to break.
Honest about what is kept
Printing or sharing sends the document's details to the maker, and its privacy policy says so in plain words, including that your client may ask for that record to be deleted.

Fill in the form
Your business, your client, the lines, the tax if any. The finished document builds beside the form as you type.
Print it or share it
Print to paper or to PDF, or copy a link that opens the document exactly as you made it.
Sign in to keep it
Optional. Type your email, type the code we send, and Save appears. Your documents are listed for you to open again.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes, all of it. Signing in is optional and only adds the ability to keep documents.
Do I need an account?
No. You can make, print, and share a document without one. Sign in only if you want to save documents and have names fill themselves in next time.
Where are my documents kept?
Until you sign in, in your browser tab and nowhere else; closing the tab clears it. Once you sign in, the documents you save are kept in your account and listed for you.
Is this the Kerythos Invoice app?
No. The maker at invoice.gecadi.com reads as Kerythos Invoice on the page, but the Kerythos Invoice mobile app is a separate product with its own accounts, and an account made here does not sign in there.
What is kept when I print or share?
The document's details: your business name and email, your client's name, email and address, and the totals. The maker's privacy policy sets this out, and your client can ask for the record to be deleted.
